Terms & Condition

1. Shipping and Deliveries

  • Orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days after payment confirmation.
  • We offer both national and international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary based on the customer’s location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or issues beyond our control.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the cost of reshipping will be covered by the customer.
  • Additional local taxes may need to be collected by your country’s border control to clear your artwork. This process occurs once your artwork arrives in your country and customs reviews the package. Local government tax is not part of our shipping service.

2. Returns and Refunds.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of defective or damaged products during shipping.
  • If you receive a defective product, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate your case and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
  • Refunds will not be issued for damages caused by misuse or incorrect handling of the product.

3. Custom Orders

  • Custom products require a 50% deposit of the total cost. The remaining payment must be made before shipping or delivery.
  • Cancellations or refunds are not accepted for custom orders once production has started.
  • The production time for custom products varies based on the complexity of the design and demand.

4. Payment Methods.

  • We accept payments through [PayPal, credit/debit cards].
  • All payments must be completed before shipping the product.
  • Prices are in USD and do not include shipping fees, unless stated otherwise.

5. Data Protection and Privacy.

  • Personal information provided by customers is handled confidentially and used solely for processing orders and improving the user experience.
  • We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property. 

  • All designs, images, and products on this website are the property of Bizarre Taste and Palmer White Fx.
  • Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our content is prohibited without prior authorization.
